By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sending payment <strong>does not<\/strong> mean your order has been accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An order is considered accepted <strong>only after<\/strong> I confirm acceptance by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders placed via Instagram DM or X (Twitter) DM are <strong>not accepted under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All communication must be conducted <strong>by email only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. First-Time Customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For first-time customers, I reserve the right to <strong>limit order content, quantity, or total amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-value or complex orders from first-time customers may be declined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I may request additional confirmation or clarification before accepting a first order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are a first-time customer, please wait for <strong>explicit order acceptance<\/strong> before making any payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Order Types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(1) Event Order (Recruitment-Based)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>These are events for which I publicly post a recruitment notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders are accepted only during the recruitment period stated in the post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please read the recruitment post carefully before placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(2) Requested Event Order (Client-Requested)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>These are events you ask me to attend specifically for your request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>minimum handling charge is \u00a510,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation fees and event admission fees are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An estimate will be sent in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the purchase involves a lottery system and the application is unsuccessful, a <strong>\u00a52,000 application fee<\/strong> will still be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(3) Regular (Non-Event) Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Orders for items not related to events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance depends on item type, complexity, and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fees are calculated based on the total item price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum proxy fee is \u00a53,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All fees are fixed and <strong>non-negotiable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advance payment is required after order acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayPal fees are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Waiting, Options, and Additional Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional fees may apply depending on order content. These will be explained in the estimate.<br>Examples include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Detailed or special instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conditional purchase requests (e.g., A if unavailable, then B)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photo confirmation requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special packing or separate shipping requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Shipping fees and PayPal fees will be informed <strong>after<\/strong> items are obtained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packing fees and separate shipping fees may apply if requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking numbers will be provided after shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellations and Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations after advance payment are <strong>not allowed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued due to item unavailability unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cases where items cannot be obtained, applicable handling or application fees may still apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Prohibited Customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I reserve the right to refuse service to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers who do not read or follow instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers who attempt negotiation after fees are stated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers who cause trouble or excessive complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other proxy services or forwarding address users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
