Event Orders refer to events for which we officially open recruitment<\/strong> on our website or newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders that do not follow this page will be automatically declined.<\/strong>
Placing an order means you agree to our Terms of Use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is an Event Order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An Event Order<\/strong> is an order placed for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Comic markets, doujin events, exhibitions, or fairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Only events that we announce and recruit orders for in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    ⚠️ Requests asking us to attend an event without prior recruitment<\/strong> are treated as Request-Based Event Orders<\/strong> and follow different rules (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Basic Handling Charge (Event Orders)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Fees are calculated based on the total item price (tax included)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Applied when waiting is required to obtain items
        (e.g. long queues, delayed sales, time-restricted distribution).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Optional Services (Additional Fees)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Optional fees apply only when requested or required<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Photo confirmation request: +\u00a51,500<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conditional instructions

        • Packing fee (bubble-wrapped shipping box): \u00a5500 per package<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

          Customers are responsible for all necessary expenses, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Event-related costs (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • International shipping fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • PayPal fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Shipping and PayPal fees will be confirmed after purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If Items Cannot Be Obtained<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            • For Event Orders, no handling charge is required if no items are obtained<\/strong>,
              unless otherwise stated in the recruitment post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • In the case of lottery-based purchases, an application fee may apply even if unsuccessful<\/strong>.
              Details will be clearly stated in the recruitment post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Request-Based Event Orders (Important)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              If you ask us to attend an event not listed in our recruitment posts<\/strong>, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Minimum handling charge: \u00a510,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Transportation costs and admission fees are borne by the customer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • An estimate will be provided in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • If the purchase is lottery-based and unsuccessful,
                an application fee of \u00a52,000 will still apply<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n\n\n\n

                Important Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                • We declare the correct value<\/strong> of all items on invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • We do not<\/strong> undervalue items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Payment sent before order acceptance does not<\/strong> mean the order is accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Communication is handled by email only<\/strong>.
