Popular circles and limited items may sell out very quickly.

This service is for personal collectors only.

Please make sure all information is complete and accurate.

Please do not send only an event catalog URL or booth listing URL.

Some event catalog pages may have viewing restrictions, login requirements, or access limitations, so I may not be able to check the information from the URL alone.

If you have an item announcement page, X post, Pixiv page, image/menu information, or price list from the circle, please send that as well.

Requests may be declined if the required information is incomplete or unclear.

Handling Charges

Handling fee: ¥3,000 and up / per circle
Waiting fee: ¥2,000 / per hour
Re-visit fee for the same circle: ¥3,000–¥4,000 per additional visit

Additional fees may apply depending on workload and the event situation.

Additional fees may apply if:

The same circle must be visited multiple times
There is a long waiting line
The item has a purchase limit
The request is complicated
The request is made very close to the event date
Special confirmation is required

Item cost, domestic shipping, international shipping, PayPal fees, and any other actual costs are charged separately.

Payment

PayPal only.

Full advance payment is required before the event.

PayPal fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please complete payment as soon as possible after receiving the PayPal invoice.

Customers who repeatedly delay payment may not be accepted for future requests.

Refund Policy

If an item cannot be purchased, the item cost for the unpurchased item will be refunded.

However, the following fees are non-refundable:

Handling fees
Waiting fees
Event attendance fees
Transportation
Admission fees
PayPal fees
Any other actual costs already incurred

No refunds will be given due to stock availability.

Photo / Video Requests

Photo or video requests at the event are not accepted.

This includes photos or videos of:

The circle
Booth
Person
Goods on display
Event venue

My event proxy service is limited to purchasing requested items on your behalf.

Simple photos of purchased items after the event may be available upon request.

Order Process

After receiving your request, I will check the details and send you an estimate.

The estimate may include:

Item cost
Handling fee
Waiting fee, if applicable
Re-visit fee, if applicable
Any required advance costs

After payment is completed, I will try to purchase the requested items at the event.

After the event:

Purchase results will be reported after August 31, 2026
Shipping method will be confirmed
International shipping fee will be requested later
Tracking number will be provided after shipment

Shipping

International shipping is not included in the first payment.

International shipping will be charged later after the items arrive to me and I can confirm the package size and weight.

Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on weather conditions.

Due to ongoing bad weather, shipment may take longer than usual.

Shipping Note for Customers Visiting Japan

If you are planning to visit Japan, domestic shipping to your hotel may be available.

Before requesting hotel delivery, please confirm with your hotel in advance that they can receive packages on your behalf.

The package must be addressed with your hotel name, reservation name, check-in date, and any required hotel information.

Domestic shipping fees, PayPal fees, and any other actual costs are charged separately.

Please note that hotel delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel’s rules, delivery timing, and weather conditions.

I am not responsible if the hotel refuses the package or if the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect hotel information.

Shipping Note for U.S. Customers

If you have a forwarding address in Japan, it is strongly recommended to use it.

International shipping procedures may become complex and time-consuming, and additional costs may occur when shipping directly overseas.

Using a domestic forwarding address can help simplify the process and reduce overall burden.

Limited Slots

Due to time limitations at the event, only a limited number of orders will be accepted.

Priority may be given to:

Returning customers
Early applicants
Requests with complete and clear information

Orders I Cannot Accept

I cannot accept orders from:

Customers who do not read the instructions
Customers who negotiate or complain about pricing

Requests that violate event rules or circle rules
