I will be attending both days of the event.
Animate Girls Festival is one of Japan’s largest events featuring anime, games, otome titles, character goods, limited merchandise, and special event-exclusive items.
Many booths offer limited quantities, purchase limits, or event-exclusive goods, and popular items may sell out very quickly.
This service is for personal collectors only.
Bulk purchasing, resale-purpose requests, commercial sourcing, and requests from other proxy or forwarding services are not accepted.

No Admission or Transportation Fees
For this event, customers will not be charged admission fees or transportation costs.
There is no additional charge for my transportation to the event or my event admission.
Other applicable fees, such as handling charges, waiting fees, PayPal fees, shipping costs, or special arrangement fees, may still apply depending on the request.

Important Order Notes
Please make sure all information is complete and accurate.
If an item is only available on a specific day, please clearly write the correct day.
If the COMPANY has published an item list, sales menu, X post, official website, or other announcement, please include the URL.
The URL should ideally show:

- Sales date
- Purchase limit, if applicable
Please do not send only an AGF booth page without identifying the exact item you would like me to purchase.
Requests may be declined if I cannot clearly identify the requested item before the event.
Handling Charges
Handling charges start from:
¥3,000 and up per BOOTH / COMPANY
The final handling charge depends on the request, number of items, difficulty, waiting time, and event conditions.
Waiting Fee
¥2,000 per hour
A waiting fee may apply if a long queue or extended waiting period is required.
Re-Visit Fee
If I need to return to the same BOOTH again:
¥3,000–¥4,000 per additional visit
Additional fees may apply when:
- A BOOTH has a very long waiting line
- Numbered tickets or special arrangements are required
- The same BOOTH must be visited more than once
- The request requires complicated instructions
- The item has strict purchase limits
- The request is submitted very close to the event
- Special confirmation or additional work is required
For this event, no admission fee or transportation fee will be charged to customers.
Popular Booths and Limited Items
Please understand that some AGF BOOTHS are extremely popular.
Even if I arrive early, it may not be possible to purchase all requested items.
Popular goods may sell out before I reach the BOOTH.
If multiple customers request items from popular BOOTHS, I will determine the most practical order in which to visit them based on:
- BOOTH locations
- Expected waiting times
- Sales schedules
- Purchase limits
- Numbered ticket systems
- Overall event conditions
I cannot guarantee a specific BOOTH visit order unless a special arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Payment
PayPal only.
Advance payment is required before the event.
PayPal fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please complete payment as soon as possible after receiving the PayPal invoice.
If you cannot complete payment promptly after receiving the invoice, please do not submit a request.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been completed.
Customers who repeatedly delay payment may not be accepted for future requests.
Refund Policy
Purchases are not guaranteed.
If none of the requested items can be purchased, the advance service fee will be refunded unless a separate non-refundable attempt fee or other non-refundable fee has been specified in advance.
If at least one requested item is successfully purchased, the advance service fee is non-refundable.
Any remaining balance from items that could not be purchased may be applied toward:
- International shipping
- Domestic shipping
- PayPal fees
- Storage fees
- Other unpaid actual costs
After all costs have been calculated, any remaining excess balance will be refunded.
If the remaining balance is not enough to cover shipping or other outstanding costs, an additional payment will be required.
Any fee specifically explained in advance as non-refundable will not be refunded.
Order Process
After receiving your request, I will check the details and send you an estimate.
The estimate may include:
- Item cost
- Handling fee
- Waiting fee, if applicable
- Re-visit fee, if applicable
- Special arrangement fees, if applicable
- PayPal fees
- Other required advance costs
There is no admission fee or transportation fee for this event.
After payment is completed, your request will be confirmed.
I will then attempt to purchase the requested items at AGF2026.
Purchase Results
Purchase results will be reported from November 9, 2026 onward.
Because I will be attending the event on both days and may be handling multiple customer requests, I may not be able to send individual purchase updates during the event.
Please wait for my purchase result message after the event.
I will report which items were successfully purchased and which items could not be obtained.
Shipping
International shipping is not included in the initial payment unless specifically stated.
After the event, once the purchased items are in my possession and I can confirm the final package size and weight, I will calculate the international shipping cost.
International shipping will be invoiced separately.
Shipment will be arranged after the final payment has been completed.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to:
- Bad weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Postal delays
- Weekends or holidays
- High workload after the event
- Other circumstances beyond my control
Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever available.
Shipping Note for Customers Visiting Japan
If you are visiting Japan, domestic shipping to your hotel may be possible.
Before requesting hotel delivery, please confirm directly with your hotel that they can receive packages on your behalf.
Please provide:
- Hotel name
- Reservation name
- Check-in date
- Any other information required by the hotel
Domestic shipping fees, PayPal fees, and other actual expenses are charged separately.
Hotel delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel’s rules and delivery timing.
I am not responsible if the hotel refuses the package or if delivery cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided.
Shipping Note for U.S. Customers
If you have a forwarding address in Japan, I strongly recommend using it.
Using a Japanese forwarding address may simplify the international shipping process.
Limited Slots
I can accept only a limited number of requests because AGF is a very large and busy event.
Requests may close before the event once I reach my maximum workload.
Priority may be given to:
- Returning customers
- Early applicants
- Requests with complete and clear information
- Requests that can realistically be handled within the event schedule
Submitting a request does not automatically mean it has been accepted.
Your request is confirmed only after:
- I review the request
- I send you an estimate
- You complete the required payment

Orders I Cannot Accept
I cannot accept requests from:
- Customers who do not read the instructions

- Customers who require perfect-condition items
- Customers requesting bulk purchases
- Customers purchasing for resale or commercial purposes
- Requests that do not use the required order format
- Requests with incomplete or unclear information
- Requests containing only screenshots or URLs without the required written details
- Photo or video requests at the event
- Requests that violate AGF rules or BOOTH rules
- Requests requiring actions that are not realistically possible within the event schedule
