Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to all proxy purchase services provided by Japan Proxy Service. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.
1. Order Acceptance
- Sending payment does not mean your order has been accepted.
- An order is considered accepted only after I confirm acceptance by email.
- Orders placed via Instagram DM or X (Twitter) DM are not accepted under any circumstances.
- All communication must be conducted by email only.
2. First-Time Customers
- For first-time customers, I reserve the right to limit order content, quantity, or total amount.
- High-value or complex orders from first-time customers may be declined.
- I may request additional confirmation or clarification before accepting a first order.
- If you are a first-time customer, please wait for explicit order acceptance before making any payment.
3. Order Types
(1) Event Order (Recruitment-Based)
- These are events for which I publicly post a recruitment notice.
- Orders are accepted only during the recruitment period stated in the post.
- Please read the recruitment post carefully before placing an order.
(2) Requested Event Order (Client-Requested)
- These are events you ask me to attend specifically for your request.
- The minimum handling charge is ¥10,000.
- Transportation fees and event admission fees are borne by the customer.
- An estimate will be sent in advance.
- If the purchase involves a lottery system and the application is unsuccessful, a ¥2,000 application fee will still be charged.
(3) Regular (Non-Event) Orders
- Orders for items not related to events.
- Acceptance depends on item type, complexity, and availability.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees are calculated based on the total item price.
- The minimum proxy fee is ¥3,000.
- All fees are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Advance payment is required after order acceptance.
- PayPal fees are borne by the customer.
5. Waiting, Options, and Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply depending on order content. These will be explained in the estimate.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Detailed or special instructions
- Conditional purchase requests (e.g., A if unavailable, then B)
- Photo confirmation requests
- Special packing or separate shipping requests
6. Shipping
- Shipping fees and PayPal fees will be informed after items are obtained.
- Packing fees and separate shipping fees may apply if requested.
- Tracking numbers will be provided after shipment.
7. Cancellations and Results
- Cancellations after advance payment are not allowed.
- No refunds will be issued due to item unavailability unless otherwise stated.
- In cases where items cannot be obtained, applicable handling or application fees may still apply.
8. Prohibited Customers
I reserve the right to refuse service to the following:
- Minors
- Customers who do not read or follow instructions
- Customers who attempt negotiation after fees are stated
- Customers who cause trouble or excessive complaints
- Other proxy services or forwarding address users
9. Final Notes
- I prioritize returning customers and those who consistently follow rules.
- These Terms of Use may be updated without prior notice.
- Continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms of Use.
