How to Order / Basic Order
Orders that do not follow this page will be automatically declined.
Please read this page carefully before contacting us.
Placing an order means you agree to our Terms of Use.
1. Order Acceptance Policy (Important)
- Sending payment does NOT mean your order has been accepted.
- Orders are accepted only after explicit confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to decline any order based on content, volume, timing, or customer history.
- Communication is handled by email only.
Orders or inquiries via Instagram DM or X (Twitter) DM are not accepted.
2. First-Time Customers
To ensure smooth transactions, the following rules apply to first-time customers:
- Order content, quantity, and total amount may be limited at our discretion.
- High-value, complex, or highly detailed orders may be declined.
- Do not send any payment until your order is officially accepted by email.
- Orders placed without reading instructions may be cancelled.
3. Inquiry / Order Request
Please send an email with all required information.
If you have special requests regarding shipping, payment, packing, conditions, or handling,
you must state them at the time of inquiry.
Requests added later may incur additional fees or be declined.
4. Quote / Estimate
After reviewing your request, we will send you an estimate including:
- Item price
- Handling charge
- Applicable optional fees and expenses
Shipping fees and PayPal fees cannot be confirmed at this stage,
as item weight and size are unknown before purchase.
We aim to respond within 48 hours, but replies may be delayed during busy periods.
5. Advance Payment
- After accepting the estimate, an advance payment via PayPal is required.
- PayPal fees are borne by the customer.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after advance payment is made.
6. Purchase Result
After the purchase attempt:
- We will inform you of the result.
- If successful, you will choose the shipping method:
- Registered Small Packet (Air / SAL)
- International Parcel
- EMS
7. Invoice & Final Payment
- An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.
- Please complete payment promptly after receiving the invoice.
8. Shipping
- Shipment will be arranged after payment confirmation.
- A tracking number will be provided via Japan Post.
9. Pricing Overview
Fees are calculated based on the total item price (tax included).
- Minimum proxy fee: ¥3,000
- Fees are fixed and non-negotiable

10. Waiting Charge
- ¥2,000 per hour
- Applied when waiting is required to obtain items.
11. Optional Services (Additional Fees)
Optional services are charged only when requested or required:
- Detailed instructions / special handling: +¥2,000
- Photo confirmation request: +¥1,500
- Conditional instructions (e.g., “If A is unavailable, purchase B”): +¥2,000
- Packing fee (bubble-wrapped shipping box): ¥500 per package
- Separate shipping to another address: ¥500 per address
12. Expenses
Customers are responsible for:
- Domestic transportation costs
- Event-related expenses (if applicable)
- International shipping fees
- PayPal fees
Shipping and PayPal fees will be confirmed after purchase.
13. Important Notes
- We declare the correct value of items on invoices.
- We do not undervalue items.
- Priority is given to customers who follow instructions and returning customers.
