Popular dealers and limited items may sell out very quickly.
This service is for personal collectors only.
Bulk purchasing, resale-purpose requests, and commercial sourcing are not accepted.

Items are not guaranteed.
Popular dealers may sell out quickly, and some items may have strict purchase limits.
I will do my best to purchase the requested items, but availability depends on:
- Stock availability
- Waiting lines

- The order in which booths can realistically be visited

Please do not send only screenshots, event catalog links, dealer pages, social media links, or vague item descriptions.
I need the request details written clearly in the order format so that I can check and organize each request correctly.

Important Order Notes
Please make sure all information is complete and accurate.
Please provide the correct dealer name and booth number.
If the dealer has posted an item list, sales menu, X post, website page, or other announcement showing the requested item, please include the URL.
The URL should ideally show:
- Item photo
- Item name
- Price
- Dealer name
- Booth number
Please do not send only an event catalog page.
Some websites or catalog pages may have access restrictions or may not clearly show the exact requested item.
Requests may be declined if I cannot clearly identify the requested item before the event.
Handling Charges
Handling fee: ¥3,000 and up per dealer / booth
Additional fees may apply depending on the request and event situation.
Waiting Fee
¥2,000 per hour
A waiting fee may apply if a long queue or extended waiting time is required.
Re-Visit Fee
If I need to return to the same dealer or booth again:
¥3,000–¥4,000 per additional visit
Additional fees may also apply if:
- The same booth must be visited multiple times
- There is a long waiting line
- The item has a purchase limit
- The request is complicated
- Special arrangements are required
- The request is submitted very close to the event date
Item cost, admission fees, transportation costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, and other actual expenses are charged separately unless otherwise stated in your estimate.
Payment
PayPal only.
Advance payment is required before the event.
PayPal fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please complete payment as soon as possible after receiving the PayPal invoice.
If you cannot complete payment promptly after receiving the invoice, please do not submit a request.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been completed.
Customers who repeatedly delay payment may not be accepted for future requests.
Purchase Guarantee
Purchases are not guaranteed.
AK-GARDEN includes many limited-production and handmade items, and some products may sell out very quickly.
Even if a request has been accepted and paid for, I cannot guarantee that every requested item will be available when I reach the booth.
Some dealers may also:
- Limit the number of items per customer
- Change their sales method
- Delay sales
- Cancel an item
- Sell out before I arrive
- Restrict purchases of certain items
I will follow all event and dealer rules.
Refund Policy
If none of the requested items can be purchased, the advance service fee will be refunded unless a separate non-refundable fee has been specified in advance.
If at least one requested item is successfully purchased, the advance service fee is non-refundable.
Any remaining balance from items that could not be purchased may be applied toward:
- International shipping
- Domestic shipping
- PayPal fees
- Storage fees
- Other unpaid actual costs
If there is still a remaining balance after all costs have been calculated, the excess balance will be refunded.
If the remaining balance is not enough to cover shipping or other actual costs, an additional payment will be required.
Any fee specifically explained in advance as non-refundable will not be refunded.
Order Process
After receiving your request, I will check the details and send you an estimate.
The estimate may include:
- Item cost
- Handling fee
- Waiting fee, if applicable
- Re-visit fee, if applicable
- Admission fee, if applicable
- Transportation cost, if applicable
- Other required advance costs
After payment has been completed, I will accept the request and attempt to purchase the requested items at AK-GARDEN30.
After the event, I will report the purchase results.
Please note that I may be handling multiple customer requests during the event, so I may not be able to answer individual status inquiries while the event is in progress.
After the Event
After the event:
- I will report which items were successfully purchased
- Final charges will be calculated
- International shipping will be calculated separately
- Any remaining payment will be requested
- Shipment will be arranged after the final payment is completed
Please wait for my purchase result message after the event.
Shipping
International shipping is not included in the initial payment unless specifically stated.
After the items are in my possession and I can confirm the final package size and weight, I will calculate the international shipping cost.
The international shipping fee will be invoiced separately.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to:
- Bad weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Postal delays
- Weekends or holidays
- Other circumstances beyond my control
Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever available.
Shipping Note for Customers Visiting Japan
If you are visiting Japan, domestic shipping to your hotel may be possible.
Before requesting hotel delivery, please confirm directly with your hotel that they can receive packages on your behalf.
Please provide:
- Hotel name
- Reservation name
- Check-in date
- Any other information required by the hotel
Domestic shipping fees, PayPal fees, and other actual expenses are charged separately.
Please note that hotel delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel’s rules and delivery timing.
I am not responsible if the hotel refuses the package or if delivery cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided.
Shipping Note for U.S. Customers
If you have a forwarding address in Japan, I strongly recommend using it.
Using a Japanese forwarding address may simplify the shipping process and reduce the amount of international shipping work required.
Limited Slots
Because I have limited time during the event, I can accept only a limited number of requests.
Priority may be given to:
- Returning customers
- Early applicants
- Requests with complete and clear information
Requests may close before the event if I reach my maximum workload.
Submitting a request does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
Your request is confirmed only after I review the details, send an estimate, and receive payment.

- Customers who require perfect-condition items
- Customers requesting bulk purchases
- Customers purchasing for resale or commercial purposes
- Requests that do not use the required order format
- Requests with incomplete or unclear information
- Requests that provide only screenshots or URLs without the required order details
- Photo or video requests at the event
- Requests that violate event rules or dealer rules
