Waiting fee:
¥2,000 / per hour

Re-visit fee for the same circle:
¥3,000–¥4,000 per additional visit

Additional fees may apply depending on workload and the event situation.

Additional fees may apply if:

The same circle must be visited multiple times
There is a long waiting line
The item has a purchase limit
The request is complicated
The request is made very close to the event date
On-site confirmation or photo confirmation is required

Item cost, domestic shipping, international shipping, PayPal fees, and any other actual costs are charged separately.

Items are NOT guaranteed.

Some circles may have purchase limits.

Some circles may not allow proxy purchases, bulk purchases, or repeated purchases.

Waiting time may vary depending on crowd conditions.

No refunds will be given due to stock availability.

I cannot guarantee perfect item condition.
Event venues are crowded, and minor damage may occur.

After receiving your request, I will check the details and send you an estimate.

Advance payment is required via PayPal.

After the event:

Purchase results will be reported after August 17, 2026
Shipping method will be confirmed
International shipping fee will be requested later
Tracking number will be provided after shipment

International shipping is not included in the first payment.

International shipping will be charged later after the items arrive to me and I can confirm the package size and weight.

PayPal fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If you have a forwarding address in Japan, it is strongly recommended to use it.

International shipping procedures may become complex and time-consuming, and additional costs may occur when shipping directly overseas.

Using a domestic forwarding address can help simplify the process and reduce overall burden.

Due to time limitations at the event, only a limited number of orders will be accepted.

Full advance payment is required before the event.
